Mini Writing Sessions

Join us for Mini Writing Sessions.  These sessions are designed for children in first grade through fifth.  Each session will focus on a type of writing (expository, descriptive, persuasive, and narrative).  Children will participate in writing exercises that will take them through the steps in the writing process.  They will have a chance to work together and peer edit.  This will give them the opportunity to bounce ideas off of one another and enhance their writing.  These mini sessions will be taught by a PA state certified elementary teacher.  The sessions will be help on 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, and 10/3 from 9:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.  The cost for all 4 sessions is $90.00.  You may register for the sessions on our website.  You can also register by calling Jessica at 724-787-9341.  We are taking 10 children max for these sessions.  Sessions are nonrefundable.  If you miss a session due to illness, we are happy to give you the materials used during that session.    Parents are welcome to stay (there will be a separate seating area for those of you who choose to stay) or drop off their children.
